Our training class is designed as a fully immersive, hands-on experience for stylists.

 

The day begins with a live model demonstration led by Tara, where she walks through the full client journey—from consultation to installation. This includes in-depth guidance on proper color matching and creating a seamless, luxury blend.

 

After a mid-day lunch break, we shift focus to business growth, covering social media and marketing strategies to help you attract, convert, and retain extension clients.

 

In the afternoon, stylists move into hands-on practice, working directly on mannequins to apply the techniques learned.

 

To ensure a high-quality experience, we keep each class intentionally intimate, maintaining a strong teacher-to-student ratio for personalized instruction and support.
